Tasting Notes 酒評

This Graves property is situated just a few hundred metres from Chateau Haut Brion and is made from 60% Cabernet Sauvignon and 40% Merlot. Denis Dubourdieu consults here. A wine for those who are getting tired of over-ripe fruit bombs and bound to be good value as usual. This has good bite and freshness. Lively and pure with a more pronounced Cabernet style than last year.
The nose has some nice sweet fruit and the mix of cassis and black plum gives richness and weight on the mid palate. The tannins are firm but feel ripe with lots of fruit showing at the back.
