Tasting Notes 酒評

"Even more massive and extracted, the 2009 Crozes-Hermitage Cuvee Christophe is meant for serious connoisseurs as it needs at least five years of cellaring and should age for 15-20 years. Its black/purple color is accompanied by abundant notes of toast, blackberry liqueur, roasted meats, bouquet garni, incense and graphite. This seriously endowed, rich, concentrated Crozes should drink beautifully for two decades. One of the most impressively run small estates in the northern Rhone is Domaine des Remizieres. These rich, full 2009 offerings will all require patience on the part of purchasers, with the possible exception of the St.-Joseph."
