Tasting Notes 酒評 |
The 2010 Réserve de Léoville Barton offers loam-infused black fruit on the nose, touches of smoke and tobacco emerging with time, overtly classic in style. The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannins that frame the bright red and black fruit. Very harmonious with quite a persistent minty finish, it is not terribly complex but is charming and conveys an effortless quality. Recommended. Tasted blind at Farr Vintners 10-Year On Bordeaux horizontal. 2020 - 2030.

Deep garnet colored, the 2010 La Reserve de Leoville Barton offers up notes of baked blackcurrants, Black Forest cake and kirsch with nuances of menthol, dried herbs and star anise. Medium to full-bodied, the palate gives a fair amount of chew with a racy line of freshness and just enough fruit to give a savory finish. 2020 - 2032
