At sight it appears clear, brilliant. Long chains of bubbles go back to the surface in an orderly and constant way. On the nose, floral and fruity notes are complemented with citrus fruits. In the mouth it is balanced, rightly acid and at the same time soft. Lasting aftertaste.
Suggested food to accompany: Excellent for the whole meal, with light dishes based on white meat or fish in general.
