【NEWS】Hong Kong Wine & Dine Festival 2026

Pinewood Wine is pleased to announce its participation in the Hong Kong Wine & Dine Festival 2026. Organized by the Hong Kong Tourism Board, the festival will be held from October 29 to November 1 at the Central Harbourfront Event Space and Tamar Park.

Pinewood Wine 很高興宣佈將參與由香港旅遊發展局主辦的香港美酒佳餚巡禮 2026。活動將於10月29日至11月1日於中環海濱活動空間及添馬公園舉行。

This year's showcase will feature a curated selection from our exclusive wineries, including wines from France, Italy and Georgia. Over 30 wines will be available for tasting.

2. Meet the Ambassadors and Winery Representatives

Our wine specialists will be across three booths to introduce the story behind each bottle.

• B308 - Doudet Naudin: Frédéric Brochet
  Respected Bordeaux oenologist and winemaker, former lecturer in Oenology at the University of Bordeaux. 

國際知名波爾多釀酒學家及釀酒師，曾於波爾多大學擔任釀酒學講師。

• B309 - Pinewood Wine Brand Ambassador: Michael Cheung
  Represented Hong Kong at WINEXPO Georgia 2023. Qualifications: WSET Level 4 Award, WSET Certified Educator.

曾作為香港代表參與 WINEXPO Georgia 2023。資歷：WSET 葡萄酒第4級、WSET 認證講師。

3. Fine Wine Tasting

Château Lafite Rothschild 2003 Magnum 1.5L, RP 100 - Valued at HK$38,800

Rated as close to perfection by Robert Parker, made in the style of the estate's great classic 1959, with 12.7% natural alcohol. It shows ethereal richness and perfume, with notes of blackberry, scorched earth, smoke and barbecue spices, and an amazing textural impression.

獲 Robert Parker 評為接近滿分之作，風格媲美酒莊傳奇 1959 年份，天然酒精濃度12.7%，展現空靈豐富度及香氣，帶有黑莓、焦土、煙燻及燒烤香料氣息，口感非凡。

4. Wine Walk Tour

Pinewood Wine has joined Tour B - The Heritage Legends: Classic Terroirs.

Our featured pour is Brotte Secret Barville Châteauneuf-du-Pape 2018, valued at HK$840.

參與Tour B即可品嘗到價值HK$840的Brotte Secret Barville Châteauneuf-du-Pape 2018。

Crafted from Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre from two of the best vineyard sites - Beaurenard and Panisse. Aged 18 months in French oak barrels, bottled by gravity without filtration. Colour ruby tinged with purple, nose with warm spices, black fruits of cassis, blackberry and cherry, roasted notes and red peppercorns. Palate elegant with forest fruits, vanilla tones and supple tannins, with exceptional length and great ageing potential.

採用 Grenache、Syrah 及 Mourvèdre 釀造，分別來自最優質的兩個葡萄園：Beaurenard 和 Panisse 。全人手採摘，18個月法國橡木桶陳釀，無過濾入瓶。酒色寶石紅帶紫暈，散發暖香料、黑加侖子、黑莓、櫻桃及烤木、紅胡椒氣息，口感優雅，單寧柔滑，餘韻悠長，具極佳陳年潛力。

5. Unparalleled Tasting Experience with 3-Colour Pairing Guide

This year the festival introduces the 3-Colour Pairing Guide: Blue - Crisp & Snap, Orange - Smooth & Mellow and Purple - Rich & Bold.

After exploring gourmet dishes across the festival, visitors are welcome to visit Pinewood Wine at our booth to discover our wines that perfectly match the three flavour profiles.
