Terms & Condition

Sales are on direct basis and wines delivered are non-returnable. Shall any product complaint, breakage or shortage be arisen, it must be made to our company in writing or phone call immediately once the goods are received by customers. No complaints will be entertained afterwards.

Wine corks are natural materials. Mold and breakage during opening are normal. Older wines, in particular, require higher humidity to ensure the cork expands. Therefore, mold is common with proper wine storage and does not affect the quality of the wine. Even with normal humidity, corks will still become brittle with age. It is recommended to use an Ah-So corkscrew specifically for older wines to safely remove the cork. For these reasons, refunds or exchanges related to corks will not be accepted.

The wine-making process is complex, and changes can occur quickly or slowly. Not every bottle will taste exactly the same after bottling. Once bottled, the speed and variation of these changes are even more difficult to predict. Only after years of aging do all wines develop unique changes, which are considered to be the most fascinating aspect of wine's complexity and personality. For the reasons above, refunds and exchanges will not be accepted for wines that are 10 years old or older due to changes or deterioration. Buyers are advised to assess the risks of purchasing wines that are more than 10 years old.
