• Wines above HK$750 per bottle or over 10 years old shall not be refunded in any event.

• Orders must be picked up at Pinewood Wine within 30 days of confirmation

• Please note our opening hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm; and Saturday 9:00 am to 12:00 pm (except Sunday and public holidays).
