6 months in Qvevri with Chacha, aged in French oak barrels for 12 months and in bottles for 12 months.

Tasting Notes
酒評

Amber colour, delicate and aromatic, with apricot, mango, orange, walnut and some green tea. The oak helps to smoothen the texture of the wine, a bunch of fruit flavours on the palate with a bit of green tea like tannins on finish.  

琥珀色，細膩而芳香，帶有杏脯、芒果、橙子、核桃和一些綠茶味。橡木有助於撫平葡萄酒的質地，口感上有很豐富的果香，收尾有點像綠茶一樣的單寧。
