The Vineyard

Over the years we have carefully selected the territories on which to grow our vines, knowing how to take advantage of the characteristics of each estate and choose places and times to collect fruits with organoleptic characteristics that are exceptional.

Our cultivation method comes from long ago, from a tradition that is simple and genuine. Even today, Giuliano Tombacco, administrator and head of the company, walks through the vines and makes his presence felt with the care and love that a father reserves for his children. To protect and make the fruits of our land blossom we have chosen an approach that makes their naturalness their strong point: all our vines are cultivated with a 100% organic method. In this way we can guarantee a product of naturally good quality, while respecting the environment in which we live.

Unique Terroir

The Tombacco family estates are located in the heart of the Veneto region: Trebaseleghe Vineyards, 20 hectares of silty soil and a humid climate. The resulting wines are round with low levels of acidity. Roncade Vineyards, 40 hectares of clayey soil, fertile and rich in mineral salts. Ideal for full-bodied wines, with a guaranteed intensity to the flavours of the grapes. Paese Vineyards, 20 hectares of stony soil, with positive effects on the alcohol content of the resulting wine.

Certifications

Organic Certification
When we think about our work in the vineyard and in the cellar, our mission is to respect and appreciate the nature. We have therefore chosen to pursue organic certification, which guarantees our choice to carry out non-invasive treatments and implement sustainable processing techniques. We choose to work for the land and with the land, respecting in all our actions the variability of the climate and the conformation of the soil. As in all our activities, the quality of the finished product is essential.

Vegan Certification
Offering quality products, in the Vinicola Tombacco spirit, cannot disregard the emerging market demands and consumer needs. The production of vegan wines allows us to be at the forefront on the organoleptic characteristics of the finished product.

BRC and IFS certifications are our warranty seal.
The BRC (British Retail Consortium) certification represent the quality standards required by the British large-scale retail trade. It is based on HACCP and leads the company to standardise the working environment and controls on the product and processes.
The IFS standard (International Food Standard), on the other hand, was set up by French and German supermarket chains and guarantees compliance with hygiene standards and good practices in production processes by all suppliers involved in the production chain.

Equalitas certification
Every year since 1919, we have been increasing our wine-making expertise by focusing on our surroundings. We cannot and will not just grow our business, we want to do something concrete for our planet and our children's future. Our goal is to build a future based on sustainability, committing ourselves daily and concretely to environmental, economicandsocial well-being.
