The grapes were destemmed, crushed and macerated for 6 hours then were pressed the same day of their reception during night under low temperature. The 24 hours settling and fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature. Bottling: December 2019 Alcohol: 13.5% Abv. |

beautiful pale golden yellow in colour. On the nose, it is very aromatic and fragrant, with a multitude of white flowers aromas, citric hints, peach and aromatic herbs such as mint. On the palate, it is silky and full-bodied, with a good balance and a slightly saline finish. In addition, it displays reminiscences of stone fruits such as apricot.
