Everything begins in the vineyards of Oger, a Grand Cru village in the Cote des Blancs. Like any Fine Wine, an exceptional Champagne is the ultimate result or a perfect synergy between the characteristics of the Earth and Human technique. In search of this perfect harmony, Elodie and Aurore Chapuy have put the Earth's Characteristics at the very center of their offering.
Thus, Unique Oger is the offspring of an initiative launches 5 years ago, which aimed to measure the benefits of eco-friendly viticulture on 3 parcels of the Oger vineyard, combined with ploughing with horses, further enhacing aeration of the soil. Convinced by the final quality of the wine, reflecting its finesse, minerality and impressive complexity, the 3rd generation of women from Champagne Chapuy has made a strong commitment to the development of sustainable viticulture in the whole of the family vineyard.
It now has the High Environmental Value 3 certification, the highest recognition of the French Ministry of Agriculture.
