Traditional method of Champagne. First fermentation in stainless steel tank and second fermentation in bottle. Ageing for 15 months in the caves with regular riddling to enhance lees contact.

White Fruits, brioche, mineral, and floral notes lead to a vinous, surprisingly sophisticated, dry Cava with excellent concentration and length. It is an outstanding value in sparkling wine for drinking over the next 1-2 years.
