This wine is produced with grapes coming from several winegrowers with whom we are in partnership and of whom vineyards are located on clayey calcareous soils of the Gard and Vaucluse departments. |
| Vinification 釀造過程 |
The harvest starts on September 1st when grapes have reached a good maturity. Fast carriage to avoid juice release and oxidation. Vinification and short maceration of 15 days of de-stemmed and crushed grapes with a temperature controlled equipment. Malolactic fermentation. Aging in enamelled concrete tanks and oak cask during 6 months. The wine is mature after 1 to 2 years in bottle. |
| Tasting Notes 酒評 |
Colour - Intense ruby colour with purple hints. To be served either at a temperature of 12 °C with simple everyday meals, white and red meat. Served at 16°C with white and red grilled meats, poultry, soft fermented cheeses, and Exotic and Italian cuisine. |
