A cava with toasted aromas, elegant and fresh. Medium intensity nose with hints of toasted bread, pastry notes and green apple. Light and fresh on the palate, with well integrated bubbles, good acidity and medium persistence.
The NV Babot Cava I Vi Brut Nature is a custom cuvee made for importer Eric Solomon and Barcelona wine merchant Quim Vila. White Fruits, brioche, mineral, and floral notes lead to a vinous, surprisingly sophisticated, dry Cava with excellent concentration and length. It is an outstanding value in sparkling wine for drinking over the next 1-2 years.
