Palate - Rich, full-bodied, round and long in mouth, ending on a fruity flavour with mild tannins.
To be served either at a temperature of 12 °C with simple everyday meals, white and red meat. Served at 16°C with white and red grilled meats, poultry, soft fermented cheeses, and Exotic and Italian cuisine.
