"Red and rosé are found at Château Soubiran, vinified by the cellar of Marmandais. The rosé 2011 version is dressed in a light, limpid and brilliant dress. Its very expressive bouquet evokes strawberry, blackcurrant and English candy at the same time. In attack, a light beading announces a lively and supple mouth with intense and persistent aromas. A fine and fresh rosé, to be appreciated as soon as an aperitif. The red 2010 (40,000 b.) Castle gets a quote. Warm, dense and liquorice, it is to discover in two to three years."
