Gentle pneumatic pressing.
Strict cold settling at 10°C for 48 hours before alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 15 days. No malolactic fermentation. Bottled in March.

Colour – Clear yellow with green tinges.

Nose – The bouquet offers a unique aromatic range including citrus flowers, exotic fruits, apricots, white-fleshed stone fruit and jasmine.

Palate – Intensely fruity and well balanced. At once mouth-filling and fat which works in harmony with the flavours of exotic fruit and toasted brioche.

明亮的淡黃色，散發繽紛而獨特的茉莉花香、杏子、蜜桃等熱帶果香，口感清爽而平衡，酸度怡人。
