A superb mature rosé cava made with aged-based wines, it's been in the cellar with regular riddling to enhance less contact since June 2008. Elegant and fragrant on the nose, it shows a floral symphony along with white fruit, apples and toast aromas. Rich and full in the mouth, it also has a range of complex fruit flavors followed by hints of toastiness that will only continue to develop.
