6 months in Qvevri with Chacha, aged in French oak barrels for 12 months and in bottles for 12 months.

Tasting Notes
酒評

Amber colour, very complex aroma, with mangoes, dried peaches, fresh herbs, grass, honey and beeswax. The oak helps to smoothen the texture of the wine, a lot of ripe peaches on the palate with lingering herbs like rosemary and thyme.  

琥珀色，非常複雜的香氣，帶有芒果、桃乾、新鮮香草、草、蜂蜜和蜂蠟。橡木有助於撫平葡萄酒的質地，口感中有許多成熟的桃子，還有迷迭香和百里香等久久不散的芳香。
