In support of Hong Kong's art and music culture, Pinewood Wine has been a long term partner of The Hong Kong Bach Choir as the wine sponsor of their pre-concert talks. For our 3rd collaboration, our wine specialist selected 4 wines to pair with the 4 pieces of music in the concert programme of VIENNA by The Hong Kong Bach Choir.
Our wine specialist selected this collection of wine according to the music style of the pieces. For example, the rhythmic, melodic Blue Denube by Strauss was paired with a joyful, refreshing champagne from Chapuy. This is a very innovative approach to wine pairing as it jumps out of the box. Indeed, we received many positive feedback about this experience of merging sensations, truely a one of a kind immersive wine tasting.
