Tasting Notes

"The red IDOIA is a blend of 60% Syrah and 40% Garnacha aged in French barriques for one year. The fruit is ripe, black rather than red, with creamy spiciness and better integrated oak than in previous vintages, quite fruit-driven and young. It's quite perfumed, developing notes of strawberries with time in the glass, and with a juicy palate with fine-grained tannins and moderate acidity. 16,000 bottles produced."
