Delicious sparkling wine from Piedmont from the Moscato variety . It has a low alcohol content , only 6%, so it is very drinkable. The color of the wine is straw yellow. Very fine pearls. The intense and rich aroma reveals the typical aroma of Moscato grapes , characterized by fresh fruit tones of watermelon, pineapple and ripe peach with floral tones of sage and citrus peel. Sweetness usually predominates on the palate, although it is compensated by good acidity. Unmistakable tones of ripe sweet fruit and a pleasant and long honey finish.

It is served chilled as an aperitif , but the ideal combination for this wine are desserts: cakes and chocolate desserts, which require the right acidity, liveliness and sweetness of the sparkling wine. In Italy, it usually accompanies Christmas or Easter cakes such as panettone, pandoro or colomba.
