Rouge”
The traditional “White Lotus Seed Purée Mooncakes with Double Yolks” are made of the best lotus seeds
and carefully selected salted egg yolks. Mooncakes with sweet white lotus seed paste are rich in
flavour and texture, particularly go well with young Bordeaux red wine which has prominent raspberry
and cherry aspects, bright juicy flavours, silky soft tannins and a refreshing palate to cut through
the sweetness.
