All-natural ingredients
We make all our handcrafted drinks to our own recipes which are developed in house by our team of fizzicists and top tasters. We are committed to using all-natural ingredients, so you won’t find any artificial colourings, flavourings, sweeteners or preservatives in our drinks. We firmly believe that you shouldn’t need a chemistry degree to understand the ingredients label. We are SALSA (Safe and Local Supplier Approval) accredited and take pride in producing a quality, delicious and safe product.

In our own walled garden
In our walled garden, we grow fresh mint, lavender and other herbs to compliment the natural fruit juices and spices which make our drinks so fresh and tangy. We combine these ingredients with slightly sparkling Scottish water to help you feel restored and refreshed.
Raising the bar on softdrinks
Summerhouse Drinks was launched in 2014 by Claire Rennie and the Summerhouse team on the family farm where the Rennie family have farmed for four generations. We decided to improve the disappointing soft drink options for non-drinkers and designated drivers on nights out. After buying a Soda Stream, we started experimenting with herbs and botanicals growing in our walled garden. We then invested in some proper bottling equipment and renovated an unused shed on the farm. That’s when the first two flavours Misty Lemonade and Hint O’ Mint Lemonade were launched. We now have a range of flavours and our equipment takes up a larger shed on the farm.
