Palate – Following through from the nose, the palate is warmly generous and fleshy, with a smooth and elegant finish.
Serve at 17 °C.
Enjoy with a traditional hare civet, beef cheeks, braised lamb shoulder or simply a chocolate mousse with raspberry coulis.
