Serve as an aperitif or enjoy with toasted goat’s cheese on a bed of mesclun, carpaccio of tuna, white asparagus with hollandaise sauce, brandade de morue, fillet of sole in lemon butter, chicken and green olive ragout, a cheese platter or summer fruit tart.
