Tasting Notes 酒評 |
The 2005 Chateauneuf du Pape Reserve is drinking beautifully today and has tons of Provencal charm. Loaded with darker cherry and berry fruits, crushed rock and garrigue scents and flavors, it's full-bodied and ripe on the palate, with plenty of mid-palate depth and sweet tannin. Tannin management was tricky in 2005, but this estate excelled and all of their cuvees have sweet tannin. Drinking at point, it's another wine that will hold nicely for another 4-6 years.s
