Beautiful garnet color, medium intensity with ruby glints. Fragrant on the nose with red fruits, especially cherries and raspberries. A fresh part with aroma of bay leaves, Mediterranean herbs, fennel and citric skin. Smooth and with volume in the palate, without astringency. Soft tannins with hints of licorice and red fruits. Good balance and length. It match perfectly with pork, coldcuts and blue fish.
